Communication and presentation skills play strategic role for the success of a company. They are important for all managers, head of departments and staff from different sectors – sales, marketing, project management, customer service, etc. The training is based on the techniques used by actors in the British and Bulgarian theatres.

It is delivered by a professional actress who is also IPMA certified project manager and experienced presenter and trainer. Drawing on her professional practice she trains people from different professional areas how to use acting techniques when engaging with customers, communicating with clients, selling a product, presenting projects/products to sponsors, partners and other stakeholders, communicating during interviews, internal meetings, international events etc.

Through relevant physical exercises, acting techniques and tips the training will help participants explore their voice possibilities, overcome stage fright, build confidence in their physical presence and behavior during presentations, create rapport with any audience, communicate more effectively and prepare memorable presentations.
