Global Business Services (GBS)
The need for speed of delivery in Shared Services (Finance, HR…….) in the recent years has refocused this area to closely link with IT and robotics (RPA). In Finance, achieving best in class financial services is not possible without streamlined processes with Lean methods. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) touches every company that is looking for efficiencies.
This is a key sector due to its economic impact on the whole society. Its complexity involves both manufacturing and service elements: from energy generation to distribution and customer touching processes for both individual and industrial consumers. With the growing focus on consumer services, the Energy sector has increased focus on IT and big data that require lean processes.
IT sector has been quick to respond to dynamic changes of customer requirements. Continuous improvement to product design and customer experience are traditional quality areas that ensure market competitiveness.
FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)

Rayna has more than 15 years of experience in project and quality management. She holds MSc (Master of Science) degree in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Portsmouth, UK and the world recognised process improvement qualification Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
She has experience as a senior quality consultant and continuous improvement lead in global companies managing change and transformation programs across organisations for improving levels of quality. Experience covers more than 400 improvement initiatives and projects in a complex transformation environment.
Experienced Lean Six Sigma trainer supporting companies to manage organisational transformation, and individuals – to build the skills and knowledge to expand their professional expertise. Trained, coached and certified 2000+ professionals.

Randy Rosseel - Managing Partner
He has led multiple finance transformation and quality improvement projects for a multinational and is a lecturer at the Sofia University. He has deep knowledge about Business Process Improvements, Global Business Services, Budgeting, Business Planning, and Operations Management.
The last couple of years he applied lean and six sigma in practice for process Optimisation and RPA (robotic process automation). Depending on the scope of the project, InterQuality works with independent associates.
